  • Consultation one hour a month

  • Communication via email on any questions

  • No cost for service

ADVISORY BRONZE

  • Consultation one to 10 hours a week

  • Daily or weekly advisement on levels of planning

  • Advisement on medium to large projects/events

  • Lead planner for small projects/events
    *$85/hour for any additional time needed

ADVISORY SILVER

  • Consultation 11 to 20 hours a week

  • Daily or weekly advisement on levels of planning

  • Advisement on large projects/events

  • Lead planner for small-medium projects/events

  • *$125/hour for any additional time needed

DAY-OF COORDINATION

On the day of your event, we will handle all coordination tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. From managing vendors to overseeing the timeline. You can relax and enjoy your special day while we take care of the details.

Note: Any outside vendor management (including pricing and securing of space) and travel is not included in the above pricing - additional costs.
